I am unable to log into the website, even though I use the correct user name and password. (I receive an error message referring to Internet Explorer)
In a few cases where routine Microsoft updates have not been installed on individual PCs, there may be a problem opening our website. If this is the case please either consult your IT department to ensure that the updates are installed promptly or go to www.update.microsoft.com and click on 'Express'. This option will check all the Microsoft components on your computer and download the recommended updates. The prime reason for doing this is to ensure the continued integrity of your PC - the problem relating to our website is incidental.
